Regional Development Manager - MEAC

Binding Partnerships is seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the definition and implementation of our corporate strategy at the regional level, as well as supporting and leading large projects in the respective region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market developments in the logistics industry, drawing conclusions and defining recommendations for strategy development.
  • Translate corporate strategy into regional/area/country initiatives and follow up on implementation in close cooperation with management.
  • Manage and lead projects brought forward by the RCEO or Head of Corporate Strategic Development, sometimes on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Assess organizational enhancements and productivity increase opportunities within the corresponding region.
  • Support the Regional Head of Finance/Controlling with financial analysis, budget elaboration, and budget planning.
  • Support the RCEO in preparing meetings with the Board, including PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or similar.
  • 2-5 years' experience in transportation-related industries and/or consulting.
Skills:
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Hands-on experience in managing complex projects and tasks, sometimes under time pressure.
  • At least two years' experience in project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills on all levels.
  • Ability to motivate and work with other project team members.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information.
  • Willingness to travel, including extended periods of 2-3 weeks.
Languages:
  • Fluent in English.
