Business Development Manager

Atracio is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our team in the MENA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities in the MENA region.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Business Development Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to devise effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Market Trend Analysis: Identify emerging trends and market demands to inform enhancements to Atracio's ERP solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close business deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Reporting and Updates: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of successful business development in the MENA region, preferably within the software or ERP industry.
- Cultural Understanding: Strong understanding of the local business landscape, culture, and market dynamics.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Independence and Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the ERP or related software industry.
- Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the business software domain.
- Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, especially Arabic.
- Cross-Cultural Experience: Experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment.
