Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement regional security management plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  2. Provide security guidance and support to country managers and regional representatives.
  3. Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for client operations in high-risk countries.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, governments, and law enforcement agencies.
  5. Implement emergency response and crisis management plans, including evacuation and withdrawal procedures.
  6. Conduct regular security quality reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, including vendor management and risk mitigation plans.
  8. Provide regular security reports and updates to regional representatives and corporate security department.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in security management, with a focus on high-risk countries outside of China.
  3. More than 3 years of regional security management experience in multinational companies.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge of Chinese culture and ability to work with Chinese clients.
  6. Ability to travel frequently to APAC and Middle East countries.
