Job Description

As a Regional Business Development Manager at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in driving the Sales and Services Business by approaching and serving potential customers. Your expertise in product and application will enable you to advise customers on capabilities and benefits to integrate Siemens' portfolio effectively for their applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers to maximize market exploitation and transparency.
  • Technical Consultation: Consult with customers on technical solutions and clarify customer requirements and specifications during all stages of the sales process.
  • Sales and Services Business Development: Drive the Sales and Services Business by approaching and serving potential customers, creating technical and commercial concepts and offerings to support the sales process, and leading contract negotiations at all stages.
  • Launch of New Portfolio Elements: Launch new portfolio elements and lead the development and execution of account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals within assigned key accounts and/or markets.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with customers and effective communication channels both horizontally and vertically within the organization.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitive intelligence and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
