Vibes Events is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team This exciting opportunity involves managing client relationships, preparing quotes, and coordinating project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales, or a client-facing role, with experience working in the UAE events market being a plus.

As part of our Commercial Partnerships Team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell additional services and increase revenue from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries.
    • Provide a personalized experience, addressing specific client needs and preferences.
  • Sales & Upselling
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services and increase revenue from existing clients.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their future needs and propose appropriate staffing solutions.
    • Present and promote new services to clients and demonstrate their value.
  • Quote Preparation & Project Coordination
    • Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for clients based on their project requirements.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure that all client needs are communicated and understood for smooth execution.
    • Manage the end-to-end process of delivering services, from initial quote to final invoice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
