Business Growth and Partnerships Specialist

Overview:
City Football Group is a leading private owner and operator of football clubs, with operations across five continents. We're seeking a seasoned Head of Partnership Sales to drive business growth through strategic partnerships in the APAC & MENA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the region, leveraging market insights and partner network.
- Team Management: Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, making data-driven decisions to inform sales strategy.
- Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, football clubs, federations, marketing agencies, media, and PR companies.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure partnerships, showcasing CFG's value proposition and commercial offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in partnership sales, lead generation, and sponsorship expertise.
- Experience in managing remote sales teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with sports/soccer sponsorship contracts and rights packages.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as sales management systems.
