Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop the Team:
- Directly supervise and mentor a team of 4 Account Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality client service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Build Strategic Partnerships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the development and implementation of process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on team performance and progress.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales or client-facing environment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working Hours: Saturday - Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (Every other Saturday off)
