Partnership Marketing Manager

A leading events and entertainment company is seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for key partners and sponsors. This role involves managing marketing rights, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful activation of sponsorship campaigns across a diverse portfolio of events and venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership marketing strategy to ensure the seamless execution of partner and sponsor campaigns.
- Align with internal teams and external stakeholders to create innovative, high-impact marketing activations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance partner engagement and sponsorship value.
Partnership & Sponsorship Activation:
- Manage the delivery of commercial rights, ensuring all marketing commitments are met.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing sponsor engagement.
- Collaborate with key internal departments (marketing, PR, social media, creative) to maximize the visibility and impact of sponsorships.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, providing regular updates and performance reports.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Identify areas for process optimization to enhance sponsorship activation efficiency.
- Develop new promotional concepts and best-in-class activations to drive partner ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a cutting-edge partnership strategy.
Requirements:
- 5 – 10 years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorships, or partnerships within the events, entertainment, or sports industry.
- Proven experience in managing sponsorship activations and strategic partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive value for partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
