Job Description

The General Civil Aviation Authority is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Deputy Director General and Assistant Director General.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, appointments, and meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; and maintaining accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Manage the schedules, appointments, and meetings of the Deputy Director General (DDG) and Assistant Director General (ADG).
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate and arrange travel-related logistics for DDG and ADG's local and international trips.
  • Communication Management: Ensure efficient management of all inter-office and external communications pertaining to the DDG and ADG Office.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic, for the DDG and ADG.
