Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will act as a founder-like operator, tasked with growing the business in various dimensions. You will identify, strategize, and execute key growth initiatives across product, sales, marketing, PR, partnerships, and operations—with direct P&L impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. BUILD & OPTIMIZE NEW REVENUE STREAMS IN TRADING, DEFI, INSTITUTIONAL CRYPTO, AND NEW ASSET CLASSES.
  2. OWN KEY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, NEGOTIATING DEALS THAT DRIVE ADOPTION AND VOLUME.
  3. IDENTIFY & EXECUTE HIGH-VALUE PARTNERSHIPS—BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXCHANGES, INSTITUTIONS, AND FINTECH PLAYERS.
  4. WORK DIRECTLY WITH INVESTORS & LEADERSHIP TO REFINE COMPANY STRATEGY, OKRs, AND REVENUE GROWTH PLANS.
