Job Purpose

To provide exceptional customer service and support to clients of dnata Travel Group, handling a wide range of customer contacts and inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer contacts, including telephone calls, emails, and faxes, in a professional and courteous manner to meet the requirements of the customer.
  2. Meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer service and quality to ensure agreed service levels are met.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and maintain knowledge of dnata Travel Group's products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  6. Identify and escalate priority issues to a Team Leader or Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. 10 years of schooling or equivalent.

Experience

  1. Airport Operations: 1+ year.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience in the contact centre industry.
  2. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
  4. Excellent sales skills.
  5. Professional telephone etiquette.
  6. Effective communication skills.
  7. Spoken Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
