Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
- Order Processing: Process and coordinate all orders received via mail or otherwise, following existing company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming stocks of seasonal products against the respective orders on the system, create delivery forms, and forward details to the Warehouse.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance and support to internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations representatives relating to order processing.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on customer service performance, including metrics on response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Education: University Degree
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience in SAP preferred but not mandatory.
