- Documentation and Application Support: Guide customers through the documentation and application procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Application Processing: Type customer applications through the government portal with accuracy and speed.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth processing of customer applications and service requests.
- Personalized Support: Provide personalized assistance and support to customers, offering solutions to their specific needs and requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, utilizing the Tadbeer system.
- Follow-up and Resolution: Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided and address any outstanding issues.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or Diploma (university certificate) in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Tadbeer Center and program.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of domestic worker recruitment processes and regulations in the UAE is preferred.
