We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team at Amazon Dubai. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive cultural change and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-priority training projects that align with our business objectives.
  • Research and create engaging training experiences for diverse audiences, often exceeding 100 people.
  • Analyze audience needs and tailor training experiences to meet their requirements.
  • Support fellow training specialists as a producer, providing troubleshooting, chat moderation, and attendance tracking.
  • Curate and edit multimedia assets, including customer contacts, social media, and video content.
  • Utilize internal tools to create and maintain dashboards representing key customer issues and defects.
  • Collaborate with our Learning and Development team to continuously improve training curricula.
  • Analyze participant feedback to inform training curriculum enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program, process, and procedure efficiency.
