Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Al Masaood. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documents for signature.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and organize meetings to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Prepare documents for signature, including reports and presentations
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, booking meeting rooms, and stationery re-ordering
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication
  • Keep track of important tasks and deadlines, and set reminders for the Line Manager or other management staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; fresh graduates preferred
  • Available for UAE Nationals only
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
