Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Black Pearl Consult. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Compliance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and legal documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience working in a law firm, particularly in the corporate department, or as an EA for the Head of Legal/Compliance.
  • Background: A background in financial, investment, banking, or multinational organizations is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal documentation software.
