Job Description:
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to senior management. Duties include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining confidential files.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive support role.
Experience in document control, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence and prepare reports.
Maintain confidential files.
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Skills:
