**Key Responsibilities:**

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the air freight sector.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders.

Market Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to enhance RSA Global's air freight offerings.

Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and business development.

**Requirements:**

  1. Experience: Minimum 8+ years in air freight sales within the logistics industry in Dubai, UAE.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.
  3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Network: Existing relationships with airlines and freight forwarders in the region is a plus.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
