Job Description

As a Sales and Client Engagement Manager at IFZA Dubai, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded, while also cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, responding proactively to their queries, concerns, and expectations.
  • Spearhead Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forging professional partnerships and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and client engagement, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Language Proficiency: Full English proficiency is required, with additional spoken languages being a plus.
