Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with industry shifts taking place within the competitive marketplace and with evolving shopper demands; showcase how data and analytics can be used to address these changing dynamics.
  • Be a thought leader in the marketplace.
  • Help shape companies' technology and business strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals.
  • Be responsible for the successful execution of all aspects of client contracts and "Statements of Work" that you are managing.
  • Understand client needs, writing SOWs that reflect the project objectives and setting clear expectations.
  • Manage the scope of delivery as stated in the SOW, and properly manage any change in the scope with the proper Change Request (CR) process.
  • Provide project management oversight as necessary and ensure that project plans, timeline, resource allocations, etc. are in line with the commitments made in the SOW.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered at an expected level of gross margin by managing the scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Strike the appropriate balance between quality of delivery and the appropriate mix of resources.
  • Manage and meet your personal utilization and billing targets.
  • Pro-actively manage all types of risks at a client.

Requirements:

  • Minimum combined 10 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, or software provider (with experience in the application of data and analytics to decision-making).
  • Minimum combined 10 years of proven experience in analytics.
  • Client-facing experience at the senior executive level with strong communications skills.
  • A proven track record of developing, selling (to clients or in-house stakeholders) and delivering complex, impactful client engagements or internal projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in making strategic recommendations and communicating those recommendations to clients in a clear, compelling and concise manner.
  • Experience working on multiple projects and opportunities at the same time with multiple clients.
