Role Overview

The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled client experience throughout the sales process. This position requires mastery of the sales journey, which includes:

  • Persuasion and Closing: Effectively communicating the value of products to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Client Development: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and enhance their experience.
  • Handle negotiations and address objections with confidence and ease.
  • Embody and convey the passion and values of Cartier.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding after-sales inquiries.
  • Achieve both individual and boutique performance targets, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Client Relationship Management

In this role, you will:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to cultivate loyalty.
  • Effectively manage and expand the client portfolio.
  • Implement targeted CRM initiatives to engage clients.
  • Participate in client events, acting as a brand ambassador for Cartier.
