Regional Growth Director

Come be a part of our dynamic team at eXp Realty, a 7x Best Places to Work organization. As a Regional Growth Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing growth, productivity, and cultural aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of our regional markets and work with brokers to help agents, teams, and mega teams transition to eXp Realty.
- Lead the company's growth strategies and work with senior leadership to develop attraction strategies to achieve company strategic growth goals.
- Support regional agents, teams, and mega teams transitioning to eXp Realty, and identify, attract, and evaluate agents.
- Assist agents across all revenue share groups with growth in assigned regions by conducting attraction appointments and leading group attraction sessions.
- Represent the region at GrowthOps Standups and drive attendance at Cloud sessions and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
- Active real estate license in one of the states (AK, OR, WA) with 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Success in managing and motivating a geographically remote workforce.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in individual and group settings.
- Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency.

Total Compensation Package:
The total base pay for this position starts at $120,000/year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
