Job Summary

The HR Placement Coordinator at Febno Technologies plays a crucial role in connecting candidates with job opportunities, organizing recruitment events, and handling administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Placement: Establish relationships with various companies to secure job placements for candidates, and assist students and graduates in finding internships and job opportunities.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage recruitment events, training sessions, and other activities to attract top talent.
  • Resume Screening and Interview Scheduling: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR recruitment, event coordination, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
