About the Role:

The HR Placement Coordinator at Febno Technologies plays a vital role in supporting the company's recruitment efforts. This position is responsible for connecting with various companies for placements, helping students and graduates find job placements and internships, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Company Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with different companies to secure job placements and internships for our candidates.
  2. Candidate Support: Provide assistance to students and graduates in finding job placements and internships that match their skills and interests.
  3. Job Postings: Post job openings on various platforms to attract top talent.
  4. Resume Screening and Interviews: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to ensure candidates meet the company's requirements.
  5. Scheduling: Schedule interviews between candidates and managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  6. Event Planning: Plan and manage recruitment events and training sessions to attract potential candidates.
  7. Event Execution: Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues that may arise during the event.
  8. Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  9. HR Database Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to ensure compliance with company policies.
  10. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team with various tasks, including answering employee questions and providing assistance.
  11. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Experience in HR, recruitment, event coordination, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities.
