- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and food costing to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.

- Minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership role within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Full HACCP proficiency and certification in food safety management.
- Vocational diploma in Hospitality or Business Management; a degree or higher national diploma is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
- Experience in the Middle East region is preferred, with a background in hotel pre-opening or renovation projects being a plus.
- Exceptional culinary skills with expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines, including Western, Arabic, and Asian culinary traditions.
