Job Overview:

The Global Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing significant client partnerships on an international scale. The main goal is to nurture robust collaborations, comprehend client requirements, and stimulate revenue enhancement through strategic account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong connections with key clients globally, understanding their needs, challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Account Strategy Development: Create detailed account strategies that align with both client objectives and organizational goals, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for the client within the organization, ensuring their feedback is acknowledged and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of client relationships and monitor progress against targets. Provide regular updates and reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.

GROUP-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work collaboratively with Strategic Sales team members across all regions globally.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the organization, and that contracts are executed efficiently.
  • Travel and Coordination: Depending on the role's nature, frequent travel may be required to engage with clients in various locations worldwide, as well as coordination with international teams and partners.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to ensure alignment and support for account objectives.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Ability to compile concise and accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Essential:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with relevant product lines is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Drilling Service Company is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
