Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Financial Records: Oversee the company's financial transactions by processing invoices, payments, and purchases.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly management information systems (MIS) reports.
  • Financial Statements: Summarize and compile financial records for external reporting purposes.
  • Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
  • Journal Entries: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Accounts Management: Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, and manage accounts payable, including reconciliation.

  • ERP System Maintenance: Update and maintain the ERP system for the accounting department.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Experience with VAT filing is essential.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate employment.
  • A relevant educational background is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a sponsor or spouse visa.
