Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Talent Coach to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in and Account Setup: Process guest check-ins, verifying identity, payment, and room assignments, while ensuring accurate account setup and activation.
  • Account Management: Set up and manage guest accounts, including Marriott Rewards information, and ensure rates match market codes.
  • Payment and Billing: Secure payment prior to issuing room keys, verify and adjust billing, and process all payment types, vouchers, and charges.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists, and complete cashier and closing reports.
  • Guest Services: Provide guests with directions, property information, and accommodate requests, while following up to ensure requests are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees, and develop/maintain positive working relationships.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards, follow company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
  • Customer Service: Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 24 months of experience in a related field
  • Work Hours: 8 hours a day
