Job Description

This Strategic Partnership Manager for Creators will play a key role in developing and executing the regional Creator Marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Creator Marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing Local Strategies: Create and implement localized strategies that align with regional business objectives and adapt global plans.
  2. Managing the Creator Roster: Identify, onboard, and manage a diverse group of Creators, ensuring their content aligns with brand guidelines and adds value to Red Bull.
  3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and report on creator-led projects, ensuring successful outcomes and continued partnerships.
  4. Performance Review: Analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Creator Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of the Creator Marketing industry and its current trends.
  • Native Arabic language skills are required.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
