Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support our executives with various tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and email management.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing financial tasks, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • File Organization: Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Coordinate and communicate with team members and clients to ensure projects are on track.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Financial Background: Strong financial background with experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
