Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Support Specialist to join our team at Intoude Foundation. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date executive calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Email and Correspondence Management: Organize and manage emails, respond to inquiries, and draft correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance with presentations, spreadsheets, and other business-related tasks.
- Research and Recommendations: Conduct research and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- CRM and Data Management: Administer CRM updates and data entry, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Travel and Event Planning: Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning, ensuring seamless execution.
- Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to executives as required, ensuring their needs are met.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a strong background in remote work.
- Availability: Availability during business hours, dedicating at least 20 hours per week.
- Home Office Setup: A designated professional, quiet workspace with a computer, internet, and smartphone.
