Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of care and service excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Financial Management: Manage spa inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with audit standards.
- Marketing and Sales: Promote and sell spa programs to guests, upsell and cross-sell services, and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training plans, conduct hands-on training, and review guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
- Experience: Three years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star spa with a multicultural team.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of spa therapy, strong financial acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
