Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote the hotel and its outlets as the market leader.
  • Media and Marketing Planning: Under the supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, develop the hotel's media and marketing plan, and coordinate with agencies to implement it.
  • Marketing Campaign ROI: Determine the overall marketing campaign ROI and monitor and review response rates to improve and take corrective measures.
  • Marketing Budget Development and Control: Develop the hotel's marketing budget and maintain budget control.
  • Collateral, Direct Marketing & Content Management: Oversee the creation and production of collaterals, both digital and print, and plan and create promotions and packages.
  • Advertising/Photography: Plan and direct photo-shootings for marketing and advertising purposes and implement the advertising plan in strategic feeder markets.
  • Brand Management: Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines, act as brand custodian for the hotel and Kempinski brand, and maintain updates of corporate marketing guidelines.
  • General: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, contribute to my.kempinski to share best marketing practices, and participate in marketing training programs.
