**Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, events and travel arrangements as needed.
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Provide assistance to colleagues and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels
- Maintain an organized office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.

**Procurement Support**:

- Assist in procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders, tracking orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Maintain supplier relationships and communicate effectively with vendors regarding order status and product information.
- Assist in evaluating supplier options, comparing prices, and negotiating favorable terms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and terminology.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
