**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, organizing, and restocking as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including common areas and meeting rooms.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- **Accounting Duties**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
- **General Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration and basic accounting functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- **VAT Filing**:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT laws and regulations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Reconcile VAT accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information for VAT filings.
- Assist in responding to VAT-related queries from clients and tax authorities.
- **Corporate Tax Assistance**:

- Support tax professionals in preparing corporate tax returns and related schedules.
- Assist in gathering financial data and documentation necessary for corporate tax filings.
- Research tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Assist in preparing tax provision calculations and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of VAT filings, corporate tax returns, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining tax-related schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and procedures.

Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- English Fluently (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
