Personal Assistant/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and addressing day-to-day administrative needs.
- Coordinate and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
**Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts, demonstrating strong communication skills.
**Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for business trips.
- Track and reconcile travel expenses.
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
**Database Management**:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date databases, contact lists, and filing systems.
- Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
**Event Planning**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
**Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Prior experience in managing executive calendars and travel arrangements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
