**Job Purpose & Responsibilities**

Provide assistance in all library services and activities mainly on acquisition of library materials, circulation of library materials, and support in library administrative services.

**Minimum Qualification and Education**

**Essential**: Bachelor or Diploma in Information Technology, Management Course, or any other Educational field

**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, etc.)
- Ability to operate library systems and databases
- Clerical Skills
- Knowledgeable in acquisition of library resources
- Library Customer Service Oriented

**Work Experience**

2 - 3 years experience in library field

**Language proficiency required**
- English - Fluent
- Arabic - Preferred
- Any other language is an asset

**Working Relationships**
