Job Title: Institutional Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive institutional forex sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

2. Identify and prospect potential institutional clients, high networth client, and proprietary traders.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential institutional clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their forex trading needs.

4. Collaborate closely with the forex trading desk and research teams to stay updated on market trends, currency movements, and geopolitical factors influencing forex markets.

5. Provide expert insights to institutional clients on forex market dynamics, risk management strategies, and opportunities for optimizing currency trades.

6. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, showcasing the benefits of our forex trading services and technology platforms.

7. Negotiate and structure forex trading agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

8. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact the forex trading landscape.

9. Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-trade support.

10. Monitor forex market performance, analyze trading data, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

11. Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships and enhance the company's profile within the forex sector.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. 3+ years of proven experience in institutional forex sales within the financial services industry, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.

3. Deep understanding of forex markets, currency pairs, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.

4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

5. Strong network of contacts within the institutional forex trading community.

6. Ability to analyze market trends, geopolitical events, and macroeconomic factors influencing currency movements.

7. Proficiency in forex trading platforms and market analysis tools.

8. Knowledge of forex market regulations and compliance requirements.

9. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

10. Strategic thinking and the ability to tailor forex solutions to meet specific client needs.
