Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products and catering services to government entities, cooperatives and private sectors.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the government and cooperative sectors, nurturing leads and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in government entities and cooperative organizations.

Event Coordination and Participation:

- Research and identify relevant events where our participation would be beneficial.
- Coordinate all aspects of our participation in events, including booth setup, staffing, and promotional materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador during events, engaging with attendees and generating leads for potential clients.

Government Procurement Expertise:

- Stay informed about government procurement processes, including portal registrations, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Manage registrations on government procurement portals and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids for government tenders, adhering to deadlines and specifications.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors within the government and cooperative sectors.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing government and cooperative clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues or concerns to maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the government or cooperative sectors.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including portal registrations and tendering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel for events and client meetings as required.

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
