Sales Executive - Events & Marketing

Our dynamic team is growing, and we are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join us and help expand our footprint in the industry.
**The Role**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, driving sales and securing new business opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored event solutions that exceed their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and objectives to propose customized solutions.
- Work closely with the in-house production team to ensure proposed event concepts are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure event bookings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue and growth objectives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback from clients to the production and marketing teams to help shape future offerings and marketing strategies.
- Promote Events company equipment rentals, event production and marketing services.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the events, hospitality, or marketing sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- A results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the events industry and current trends, with an understanding of production processes and logistics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in an in-house production environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- A background in marketing or event planning.
