We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.

**Main responsibilities will be**:

- _Business Development Executive will be responsible for Identifying and generating new Ideas for business expansion in market, building up relations with new and old clients, generate enquiries, generate clients/market reports, implementing marketing strategies._
- _Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals_
- _Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts_
- _Identifying new revenue opportunities_
- _Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business_
- _Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation_
- _Knowledge of the corporate/Retail/Healthcare/Residential markets, with relevant experience._
- _Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in UAE_
- _To develop collateral, paid Ads, and other assets to promote II brand, services_
- _Build social media presence, engagement, and cross-promotion_
- _Experience in sales, marketing or business management data analysis and project management_
- _To understand the legal requirement of the tender for Interiors Fit-out and manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities_
- _Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored_
- Requirements_
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Business Administration (or equivalent) is preferred A minimum of 5-7 years working in the sector required._
