Reservations Executive

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Handle queries, make quotations, create itineraries, build packages, provide destination information, suggest and guide overseas partners.
- Maximize conversion of quotations with expected margins.
- Stay updated with destination and product knowledge.
- Always look out for opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Maintain clear and timely communication within the team and between departments.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer and supplier relationships.
- Participate in all training, team building and self-developmental opportunities available.
- Negotiate aggressively with suppliers to ensure healthy file profitability.
- Regular communication with partners to gather feedback on products and services.

**Qualifications & KPIs**
- Must be available in the UAE or able to travel immediately to the UAE.
- **Position is based in Sharjah Head Office for the immediate future**.
- **Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound DMC / Tour Operator environment**.
- Minimum Graduate-level education preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE is a definite advantage.
- Comfortable working in computerized environment; experienced MS Office (Excel) user.
- Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and willing to go the extra mile to wow clients and partners.
- Friendly with a positive attitude and ability to get along with different nationalities.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
