Female Reservation and Customer Service Executive (Hotel Booking) with IATA Certification
Job Summary: As a Female Reservation and Customer Service Executive with IATA certification, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their hotel bookings and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of the reservation process, from initial inquiries to final bookings. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide accurate information about available hotel options, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Additionally, your IATA certification will enable you to handle travel-related queries and offer professional assistance to customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist customers in selecting appropriate hotels based on their preferences, budget, and travel dates.
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, rates, availability, and cancellation policies.
Process hotel bookings and update reservation systems accurately.
Coordinate with hotels to ensure availability and secure the best possible rates for customers.
Provide excellent customer service:
Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
Assist customers in modifying or canceling their reservations, as per hotel policies.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle any issues or discrepancies related to reservations and resolve them effectively.
Assist customers with flight bookings, transportation options, and travel itineraries.
Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive travel assistance.
Stay updated with industry trends, travel advisories, and airline policies to offer informed advice to customers.
Administrative tasks:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, reservations, and payments.
Process payment transactions and handle invoicing for hotel bookings.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to promote hotel packages and special offers.
Generate reports on reservation metrics, customer feedback, and sales performance as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in reservation and customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- IATA certification or equivalent qualification in the travel and tourism field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good knowledge of hotel booking systems and reservation software.
- Familiarity with travel-related regulations, airline policies, and destination-specific information.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Salary**: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
