Contract & Tender Coordinator

Job Objective:
To ensure the efficient coordination and execution of all activities related to contracts and tenders, including the preparation and review of documents, coordination of relevant processes, and supporting the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Management:
- Review and understand tender requirements and terms.
- Prepare and compile the required documents for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather technical and financial information.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders within specified deadlines.
2. Contract Preparation:
- Support the contracts team in drafting new contracts or amending existing ones.
- Review terms and conditions of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Organize and maintain systematic records of contracts and related documents.
3. Internal and External Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Engineering to provide necessary information for tenders and contracts.
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to clarify terms and address inquiries related to contracts and tenders.
4. Documentation and Record Management:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and signed contracts.
- Regularly update the contracts and tenders database.
- Provide periodic reports to management on the status of tenders and contracts.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure tenders and contracts comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.
- Assist in identifying risks associated with contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- 5-7years of experience in tenders preparation or contract management, preferably in construction or project-based industries (Perfers Oil And Gas Experience)
3. Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in document management tools, such as MS Office and project management software.
- Deep understanding of contracts, tenders, and related legal standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Target:
- Ensure competitive and effective tender submissions that align with the company’s objectives.
- Enhance the efficiency of processes related to contract and tender management.
- Maintain full compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
