**_Job Details:_**:
- Control and support project managers in processes around sales orders and invoicing._
- Process and distribute outgoing invoices to customers._
- Register new customers and update changes to existing ones in all relevant systems._
- File and check contracts and order requests from customers._
**_ Job Experience:_**:
- _Keep track of paid invoices and prepare reports with the status of outstanding items that are reviewed with project managers regularly_
- _Reconcile project system against accounting system._
- _Update selected project accounts monthly._
- _Accounting and checking supplier invoices_
