Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to incoming calls, note down the leads and pass it to the management.
2. Prepare daily attendance reports (UAE) and track the status of employees visiting client sites. Submit monthly attendance and leave balance reports.
3. Oversee the annual renewal of the company license.
4. Manage office pantry supplies on a daily and monthly basis & maintain and service office appliances regularly.
5. Arrange airline tickets and hotel bookings.
7. Assist the PRO with employee residence visa renewals and reminders.
8. Maintain records of employee leave requests, including annual, sick, unpaid, and WFH approvals.
9. Manage the company’s medical insurance renewals, additions, and cancellations.
10. Prepare monthly Expense Claims forms of employees and submit to the Finance team before payroll process
11. Prepare forms & list of hand over of items (SIM, laptop with accessories) for new employees.
12. Prepare exit forms & list of hand over items (SIM, laptop with accessories)for employees on notice period.
Finance Responsibilities:
1. Prepare receipt vouchers for customers against paid invoices.
2. Maintain and manage petty cash with a monthly budget and record keeping.
4. Document and organize monthly invoices, agreements, bank documents, and other financial records.
5. Submit quarterly sales invoices and vendor invoices for audit and VAT filing.
6. Coordinate with the PRO to schedule cheque collections to client sites.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
