**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry: Entering data into accounting software (Tally Prime) and databases, including customer information, invoices, and other financial records.
- Document management: Managing documents such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, contracts, employee agreements, vehicle registration and other paperwork, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible to the relevant personnel.
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of transactions, expenses, and financial reports.
- Office maintenance: Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Accounting support: Assisting with accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling bank statements.
- Administrative tasks: Performing a range of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel tickets for employees, and controlling access of data to other employees

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably on husband/student visa.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Prior experience as an office assistant or similar post is preferred.
- Good command on the English language.
- Experience in Tally is preferred, not necessary
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
