**Job Description **:The Operation Admin will support our operations team by ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Prepare and process operational documents, such as invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational tasks.
- Provide general support to the management team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-sponsored VISA will give you extra advantage (At least 3-month valid VISA in UAE)
- Fluent in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
