**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for management or team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documentation.
- Maintain office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- **Communication Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between departments, clients, and stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit official communications and presentations.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties when necessary.
- **Office Operations**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Ensure office equipment is operational and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
- Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
- **Other Duties**:

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
