**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Assistant to join our team. As our Operations & Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing inquiries to suppliers, customer relationship management (CRM), database maintenance, and various administrative tasks. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (expert) formulas and a creative touch using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop are required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and respond to inquiries from suppliers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Database management to organize and categorize essential business information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Create visually appealing and informative content using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Creative abilities with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid UAE driving license.
**Location**:
This position is located in Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.
**Salary**:
The monthly salary for this position will be between AED 3,000 and AED 4,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
